well first you have to pick a website provider here are some examples
www.geocities.com
www.envy.nu
www.tripod.com
www.0catch.com
www.hamsterhouse.com
www.angelcities.com
www.expage.com
then you sign up,you usaully sign a form that asks you name,age,email address ect. most website providers send you your username and password to your email. i recomend to NOT delete it!
Then you log into your server (geocites,hamsterhouse ect.) type in your username and password. go to the edit page and follow the instructions. Save it and view it, if it isnt the way you want it to be go back and change it.
if you are making a total html you can use this code i dont use it but you can if you would like.
